Colleen Duhart is a singer-songwriter from St. Louis, Missouri. Music has always been a huge part of her life, with her amazingly talented father Dean Duhart performing in local bands for her (and nearly his) whole life. Years of dance, lead roles in musicals in high school and constantly singing and writing just for fun eventually led Colleen to join forces with her dad in 2012. Fresh out of a few bad breakups, longing to find her purpose in life and make her mark on the musical world, Colleen and Dean created Duhart (formerly Daddy's Girl Band), STL's beloved father-daughter acoustic band.

After several years of performing alongside her dad, family friends/fellow bandmates Steve and Mike Krenski and later John Zieger joined Duhart to create an even more dynamic sound perfect for larger events and venues. Colleen performs with Duhart all around the St. Louis area (and even as far as Chattanooga and Nashville!), and is proud to have established herself in the local music scene. 

When Colleen isn't performing with her band, working alongside her best friend/business partner Dana in creative entrepreneurial endeavors, or growing her own company, Colleen Creative, you can find her writing, crafting and creating, drinking [lots of] wine, and spending time with her husband, friends and family whenever possible. 

Colleen's passion for music of all genres is reflected in her sound and songwriting, blending all of her musical influences (Miranda Lambert, The Beatles, Eagles, Patty Griffin, Fleetwood Mac and John Mayer, to name a few) together to create her own unique sound. 

"Music is everything to me," Colleen says. "It is my heart, my soul, my passion. Having the opportunity to share my stories and experiences through songwriting and putting into words what others might be feeling is the most exciting and rewarding thing I have ever done. I can't wait to share my music with you this year, and I am so humbled and grateful for all of those who have supported me and are following along on my journey, especially my husband Jim, my mom Kathleen, my best friends who haven't totally disowned me (yet) for being antisocial while I chase my dreams, my dear friends/bandmates Steve, Mike and John, and, of course, my dad!"
